Your paper will be a far superior example of your capabilities, if I allow you to take the reigns (within reason) and delve into a topic that excites you. Topic: Health Care’s Public Policy I’m interested in the public health care policy because I found that over the years the public policy topics have changed over the years in our society and has had a large impact in America as well as to why some have prospered and to why some have been set back into recession. As well as what is health care and what can be done to make it better and why the United States is the most expensive insurance in the world and why there are different cost of health care throughout the United State. What should Qihoo's next moves be to countinue compete with giants like Baidu and Tencent?"

Term Paper:• The paper must be directly related to the use of Geographic Information Systems in Business.• This would be a standard academic paper in the form of a “literature review” – no original research study is required.Format/Length Requirements• Final paper is to be a minimum of five full pages of content, single-spaced, and professionally formatted. This does NOT include the title sheet, table of contents, reference pages, or any appendixes.• Title Page and Table of Contents (TOC) showing all section titles and page numbers• APA Style to be used for in-text citations and reference list at the end• Minimum number of references: 8 article references, 3 or more must be peer-reviewed
he review of the ‘Qihoo’ case should include:
1. 5 -6 page term paper which answers the questions at the end of the case.
2. Your answers should be supported with constructed financial statements and projections based on your business plan.
3. Paper should detail projections for revenue streams, competitive analysis, strategic vision and research on best practices. DO NOT SUMMARIZE THE CASE.
The questions you need to answer is that ” What should Qihoo’s next moves be to countinue compete with giants like Baidu and Tencent?” and “Will Qihoo be able to replicate its PC market success in the mobile market?” My thought of this questiion is that Qihoo could Collaborate with Chinese mobile producer such as Huawei and ZTE, making Qihoo mobile app and search engine become a fixed software like Safari in Iphone. That is my strategy to compete with gaints. You have to use my idea to write this paper.

Select two structures of bacterial cells and briefly describe them; what do they look like, what are they composed of?

BIOLOGY

PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS AN ORIGINAL

Document Preview:

Bacterial cells are prokaryotic. Select two structures of bacterial cells and briefly describe them; what do they look like, what are they composed of? Then, explain how these two structures allow bacterial cells to survive as unicellular organisms.
There are many examples of eukaryotic cells. Algae, Fungi, Plants, and Animals are all composed of eukaryotic cells. Some algae and fungi are unicellular organisms, but other algae and fungi, and all plants and animals are multicellular organisms that are composed of specialized eukaryotic cells that interact to support the life of the multicellular organism.
Choose either a plant or an animal cell. Choose two structures or organelles of the cell (not used in part one above.) Describe these two structures or organelles – what do they look like, what are they composed of? Then explain how these plant or animal cell structures or organelles function. How do these functions support activities of the plant or animal cell and enable survival of the multicellular plant or animal organism?
Be sure to state how the structures in the eukaryotic cells ALSO contribute to the life of the entire organism and not just the cell. Listen to the chat for examples of what is meant by this.

PART 2
Cellular Respiration and Photosynthesis co-exist as paired metabolic processes.
Photosynthesis uses light energy to convert carbon dioxide into glucose, a simple sugar, in two steps, the light dependent and light independent reactions. Oxygen is produced as a by product during photosynthesis. This reaction stores energy in the chemical bonds of glucose.
Sugar and other carbohydrates are used as fuel sources by cells. During the process of Aerobic Cellular Respiration, glucose is broken down using oxygen. This reaction releases energy which is used to create ATP molecules, the energy carrier molecule of cells. The process also releases Carbon Dioxide as a byproduct.

In this Discussion, you examine scenarios featuring issues that arise during the execution phase of a project

Project Control

The actual implementation of a project occurs within the execution phase. During this phase, it is not uncommon for project managers to determine that projects have deviated from the original scope, time, or cost (the “triple constraint”), often due to unforeseen issues. When one element of this “triple constraint” changes, project managers must adjust the remaining two elements in order to satisfy project requirements. Maintaining this balance is one of the greatest challenges a project manager faces.

In this Discussion, you examine scenarios featuring issues that arise during the execution phase of a project. You analyze how you would modify the project in terms of scope, time, and cost in order to resolve the issues and fulfill project requirements. You also explain how you would communicate these modifications to key stakeholders.

Consider the following scenario

  1. You are the lead project manager tasked with implementing a hospital’s new patient identification and tracking system. The currently planned system is designed to function using only barcodes, but many key stakeholders have called for the system to also include the use of radio-frequency identification (RFID) features. In order to meet the demands of the stakeholders, your project scope expands to include RFID technology. How will you modify your budget and schedule to accommodate this increased scope?
  1. You are managing the development of a computerized physician order entry (CPOE) system in a hospital that caters to the suburban population of a major city. A much larger hospital that accommodates most of the city’s downtown residents has recently been severely damaged in a storm. As a result, the inner-city hospital is operating at a low level of capacity and diverts much of its patient flow to other hospitals. In order to help alleviate the strain caused by this new influx of patients, your hospital’s executives are requiring you to implement the CPOE system 2 weeks early. Your project team is currently composed of just enough individuals to complete the project on time using the original timeline. The planned CPOE system has many non-essential features that usually take two phases to implement. However, these features are currently planned to be incorporated during your single-phase CPOE implementation. How do you adjust the project’s scope and cost to meet the new schedule demands?
  1. You are managing the implementation of an electronic medical record system in a small physician’s office. Due to much lower-than-expected profits in the fourth quarter, you have had a substantial cut in the amount of funding available for your project. The scope of the medical record system is more extensive than the bare minimum required for a practice of this size. In addition, the implementation schedule is as condensed as possible to reduce downtime in the office. This condensed schedule requires the use of expensive, high-quality resources. How can you adjust your plan to compensate for the project’s reduced budget?

To prepare:

  • By Day 1 of this week, your Instructor will assign you to a specific scenario (scenario 1). Review this week’s Learning Resources on controlling the elements of the “triple constraint,” and consider how they apply to the scenario to which you were assigned.
  • Determine how you could modify the project in your assigned scenario in terms of scope, time, or cost in order to fulfill the project requirements.
  • Consider how you would communicate the modifications you identified to key stakeholders.

Post by tomorrow 10/18/2016 a minimum of 550 words in APA format with 3 references from the list below. Apply the level one headings as numbered below:

1) Post the number of your assigned scenario and a description of where and how you would adjust the plan in terms of budget, scope, and timeline.

2) Explain how you would communicate modifications to key stakeholders. Provide rationale for your response.
