This model of care delivery is often called integrated care (IC) or collaborative care (CC). Although this model is endorsed by many professional societies and agencies, the CC/IC care delivery model can fail due to multiple factors.   In your initial post, consider the clinical partnerships that result within the CC/IC delivery model. Integrating concepts developed from different content domains in psychology, address the following questions. •How might health care teams achieve therapeutic goals for individual clients? •How does this support health literacy? •What factors might lead to the failure of the CC/IC delivery model? •How might lack of acceptance of the value or viability of the CC/IC model by stakeholders, lack of awareness of the clinical competencies of various members of the team, barriers to financial reimbursement for services, and lack of integration of support services within the practice cause a breakdown in efficacy? •What supportive interventions within the CC/IC model address such issues?   In addition, consider how successful health care models assume an understanding of each profession’s competencies and responsibilities. Overview and Requirements
In your academic, personal, and professional lives, being able to effectively solve a problem is an essential skill. Using what you’ve learned in weeks one and two, it is now time to put your newly polished skills to work.
1.) For this essay, you are required to:

  • write about any problem that is of interest to you, and
  • propose a new solution that will work to solve part or all of the problem.

IMPORTANT: You should select a problem that you can successfully define and analyze and propose and defend a solution for in a minimum of 1,200 words. For example, world poverty is too broad of a topic for an essay of this length, but poverty in Cleveland is a manageable topic.
2.) Your essay must do the following (based on the Dewey Sequence):

  • Define the problem
  • Analyze the problem
  • Propose a solution
  • Defend the proposed solution and address any potential objections

3.) Your essay must include the following:

  • An introduction with a hook (review Hooks and Attention Grabbers for examples) and strong thesis statement
  • Developed body paragraphs with strong topic sentences, cited support, and concluding sentences
  • At least 4 unique sources, cited and referenced properly in APA style (no more than 20% of essay consists of quoted text)
  • A word count of 1,200 words, at a minimum (excludes cover page and references page)

According to Warner, the levene test is used to decide which version of the t test to report. However, if the levene test shows no significant violation of the homogeneity of variance assumption, the researcher will report the ‘’equal variances assumed’’. Moreover, if the levene test indicates that there is equal variances is violated the researcher reports ‘’equal variances not assumed’’ version of the t test (Warner,2013). According to    , the SPSS provides three different types of t test. The independent-samplet test compares the means of two different samples.  Furthermore the samples share variable interest in common but no overlap between the two groups (George, 2016).The two different versions identify which variance will be most appropriate base on the Levene’s test and the variable of interest which is imperative when conducting research.
