Mike Bayles has just arranged to purchase a $530,000 vacation home in the Bahamas with a 20 percent down payment. The mortgage has a 5.9 percent stated annual interest rate, compounded monthly, and calls for equal monthly payments over the next 30 years. His first payment will be due one month from now. However, the mortgage has an eight-year balloon payment, meaning that the balance of the loan must be paid off at the end of Year 8. There were no other transaction costs or finance charges.

How much will Mike’s balloon payment be in eight years? (Do not round intermediate calculations and round your final answer to 2 decimal places (e.g., 32.16).)

Immediate-assistance-needed-assignment-help

I am requesting that the assignment be fixed based on the notes, the assignment has already been done just needs a tune up. I will upload the paper and also post the assignment requirements after the notes received.

These are the notes received from the assignment:

You’ve applied many course ideas well in this assignment.

Yet, per the requirements, you were not comprehensive about:

  • Highlights if the charter including exceptions and assumptions
  • Specific reasons for selecting team members, except for expertise – but not what kind
  • Change management by testing the process itself for feedback and coaching the users during implementation

Also, your new flow seems top skip steps or tests before the meat reaches the consumers.

Step 4:  Follow this format:

  • Title page with title, your name, the course, the instructor’s name;
  • Introduction;
  • Body, in paragraph form using the following section headings:
  • Summary paragraph

Step 5:  In writing this assignment, the writing is in the third person.  What this means is that there are no words such as “I, me, my, we, or us” (first person writing), nor is there use of “you or your” (second person writing).  If uncertain how to write in the third person, view this link: http://www.quickanddirtytips.com/education/grammar/first-second-and-third-person

Step 6:  In writing this assignment, students are asked to support the reasoning using in-text citations and a reference list.  A reference within a reference list cannot exist without an associated in-text citation and vice versa.  View the sample APA paper under Week 1 content

Step 7:  In writing this assignment, students are expected to paraphrase and not use direct quotes.  Learn to paraphrase by reviewing this link: https://writing.wisc.edu/Handbook/QPA_paraphrase2.html

Step 8:  In your paper, respond to the following questions:

  • Introduction describing the process and the tools that will be used to analyze and redesign the process;
  • Heading One: A flow chart that identifies the existing process state and project with discussion of its formation;
  • Heading Two: Select a team to work on the project and explain why they have been chosen;
  • Heading Three: Create a charter plan and explain its major points with the reasons for the choices;
  • Heading Four: Create a Revised Flow Chart with new design and include a discussion on its major points with the reasons for the choices;
  • Heading Five: Explain the redesign;
  • Heading Six: Create a Control Chart with a discussion of the control and improvement measurements;
  • Heading Seven: Create a plan for implementation and change explain its major points with the reasons for the choices;
  • In a page, explain how the process worked and the reasoning behind the decisions.

Step 11:  Create the introductory paragraph.  The introductory paragraph is the first paragraph of the paper but is typically written after writing the body of the paper (Questions students responded to above).  View this website to learn how to write an introductory paragraph: http://www.writing.ucsb.edu/faculty/donelan/intro.html

Step 12:  Write a summary paragraph.  A summary paragraph restates the main idea(s) of the essay.  Make sure to leave a reader with a sense that the essay is complete.  The summary paragraph is the last paragraph of a paper.

Develop-and-submit-an-annotated-bibliography-of-the-sources-found-in-Week-7

Product Quick Look:
Develop and submit an annotated bibliography of the sources found in Week 7.

Skills Builder 1: How to Read a Scientific Paper

A scientific or research paper is a special type of document and requires special reading skills. Check out the resource How to Read a Scientific Paper, a link found in the Week’s Resources, for some tips on how to read a research paper and make the most of the material in the least amount of time!

Skills Builder 2: Writing an Annotated Bibliography

a. Find the Resources on Annotated Bibliographies in the Northcentral Writing Center.

The Northcentral Writing Center offers a wealth of resources for dealing with every academic writing need, from formulating a topic for a paper, to preparing an outline, developing an argument, and preparing a reference list.

Visit the Northcentral Academic Success Center (the link is found in the top menu bar under The Commons and Other Resources) and explore the links under the topic headings, “Conducting Research” and “Forms of Writing” that explain the annotated bibliography, which synthesizes and presents research in a concise manner. You will use this information to create an annotated bibliography for this activity.

b. Review these Instructions on How to Construct an Annotated Bibliography Entry.

You will see that in addition to the publication information (author, title, etc.), there are four main sections in an annotated bibliography entry. Each section effectively summarizes a key section of a journal article and is essential to the overall format.

The Week’s resources give additional guidance on writing an annotated bibliography. You will write many annotated bibliography entries during your graduate studies. They are the building blocks of your papers and research. Preparing an annotated bibliography is an excellent way to take study notes as well as to keep a careful record of what you read for your own future writings and research.

Note: The material in your Annotated Bibliography needs to be written after a careful reading of the article itself, and not just the abstract. Further, the Annotated Bibliography follows the same Academic Integrity regulations as other documents to ensure that you carefully paraphrase, or, if you need to, use quotes. The second most frequent Academic Integrity violations are given for poorly prepared annotated bibliographies.

In your work on the Week 7 assignment you located three scholarly articles. Using the guidelines and resources you reviewed, create an Annotated Bibliography that focuses on those three sources.

Length: 3 entries – approximately 2-3 pages.

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.

Upload your assignment using the Upload Assignment button.

Rory-Sutherland-Sweat-the-Small-Stuff-review-psychology-homework-help

In this discussion forum, you will assess the validity of popular assumptions and beliefs about problem solving. Please note that your answers need be supported by scientific evidence.  For your initial post, complete the steps below:

  • Watch the video, Rory Sutherland: Sweat the Small Stuff, on how simplicity can benefit problem solving.
  • Select one of the following topics:
    • Laypersons and scientists alike often report that after having tried to solve a problem for an entire day, “sleeping on it” led to a solution. Does sleep indeed promote problem solving?
    • Laypersons and scientists alike often report that a solution to a problem may come to mind after having taken a break from thinking about the problem. Does incubation really work?
  • Select a theoretical view/model of problem solving (e.g., Gestalt psychology, information processing approach, etc.). What is the evidence that supports it?  What evidence, if any, does not fit the model?
  • Are experts better at solving problems than non-experts? If so, what is responsible for experts’ superior performance? Is their superiority general or limited to their field of expertise?
  • Are there individual differences in problem-solving abilities? For instance, is working memory’s capacity linked to one’s ability to solve problems?

After you select a topic, access the Ashford University Library and Google Scholar and review the literature on problem solving. Then select a research article that answers the question(s) related to the selected topic. Lastly, share the evidence you have uncovered and your critical examination of such evidence with the class.  Your initial post must be a minimum of 300 words.

Guided Response: Use a minimum of one scholarly source found at the Ashford Library or Google Scholar to critically examine the evidence that you have uncovered.  Offer a substantial response to at least two other posts written by members of the class.  You may respond to (a) a post that discusses a different topic from the one that you have selected, (b) a post that discusses the same topic, and (c) an inquiry from your instructor.  Keep in mind that both peers and instructor are members of the class.  In your answers, discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the content of each post. Be sure that you cite scientific evidence to support your views. Be sure to follow APA guidelines as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.  A minimum of 200 words should be used for each response to other posts.
