Learning goal: To develop your ability to analyze and plan for a social system in a way that integrates key concepts from the course. You will write a strategic analysis of/plan for CVS Health. Your “client” is their top-management team; you are their strategy consultant.

 

Your paper should be a maximum of five pages, double-spaced, not including any appendixes or exhibits. At least 3/5 of the paper should be devoted to planning.  The paper should include a set of references, with citations to each of these in the text. [In other words, I do not want a list of unconnected bibliographic entries at the end of your paper. You may use footnotes, endnotes, or name/date/page references in the text (e.g., Porter, 1980: 220).]

Your paper will be graded on the basis of its insight, logic, and scope.

Prepare a fifteen  (15) slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation with detailed scholarly speaker notes in which you: 

1. Compare the three (3) current health care financing and funding models (i.e., employee based, government based, and individual based) used with the healthcare delivery system of the United States.
2. Compare and contrast key economic goals of public and private health insurance plans.  Evaluate the success potential of key economic goals in terms of populations covered, services included, financing arrangements, reimbursement strategies, and economic competition policies.
3. Analyze the key effects of labor market, insurance market, and competitive market factors on health care delivery requirements at your current or previous organization of employment.
4. Determine what changes are occurring in the economy or concerning labor and regulatory factors that must be considered in the future.
5. Suggest the key national trends that you believe currently affect competition and pricing initiatives. Justify your response.
6. Suggest the main quality indicators that typically affect health insurance pricing at the local level. Justify your response.
7. Use a minimum of six (6) reputable references sources including three (3) sources from peer reviewed journals.

How can the evaluator track teacher candidates after they graduated? and what challenges the evaluator may face? It is mean how can we evaluate the graduate students performance after they graduated and what the challenges face to collect information about their performance?
