The project team will finalize the WBS by completing time and cost estimates. In addition to this – development and finalization of the WBS dictionary will be completed for each work package.

REQUIRED ACTIONS: (Note – This is a team assignment and only one submission per team is due)

  • Collectively as a group – For this assignment, you will work with your assigned Project Team to finalize the Work Breakdown Structure. This week you will develop time estimates (days) to complete each deliverable for each line item of the WBS, develop rough order magnitude (ROM) costs, and further dive into the project by completing the Work Breakdown Structure Dictionary for each work package.
