1- How is long term care delivered, in what settings, and how is it financed?
2- What challenges do rural, migrant, and homeless populations face in terms of access, quality, and cost of health care services?
3- What are the major forces of future change and how will they affect health care delivery?
4- With your knowledge of different health systems across the world, design your own in detail. Will it be a single payer or private insurance system or combination of the two? What services/benefits will be provided? Who will qualify? How much cost sharing will there be? Why did you choose the system you did? There is no wrong answer to this question but there is lack of effort?
