A: You have collected data from male (40%) and female (60%) participants in a study and you want to present this information in different graph forms.         

B: Open the attached excel data file.       

C: Highlight the excel data information.  Make sure that each time you do a new graph, your data is high-lighted.       

D: Click on insert on top of excel screen. Click on Pie chart from the graph choices of excel and click on ok.  Pie chart comes on the screen. Put your pointer on the pie chart that you have created. Click the right side of your mouse. A list comes. Choose labels from the list and click on that. Labels of the data will be shown on the graph.       

E: Click on insert on the top of excel. Click on bar chart from the graph choices of excel. Bar graph comes on the screen (it is possible that it might overlap on your pie chart, if it overlaps, drag it to a new place  that does not overlap with another graph).  Put your pointer on the Bar graph that you have created. Click the right side of your mouse. A list comes on the screen. Choose labels from the list and click on that. Labels of the data will be shown on your bar graph.    

F: Click on insert on the top of excel. Click on column graph from the graph choices of excel. Column graph comes on the screen (It is possible that it might overlap on your other graphs). Put your pointer on the column graph that you have created. Click the right side of your mouse. A list comes on the screen. Choose labels from the list and click on that. Labels of the data will be shown on your column graph.

G: You can drag the overlapped charts to different parts of your excel sheet and separate them from being overlapped if they are over-lapped.
