Learning-in-a-systems-context-assignment-help-

A learning organization is one that is constantly expanding its capacity to create its future. In this type of organization, each situation creates a learning environment with each action being related to the next. In addition, becoming a learning organization does not guarantee that the organization as a whole will learn — personal mastery must also take place. Another form of systems learning involves teams. Through team learning the entire group becomes more proficient.

General Requirements:

Use the following information to ensure successful completion of the assignment:

• Instructors will be using a grading rubric to grade the assignments. It is recommended that learners review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment in order to become familiar with the assignment criteria and expectations for successful completion of the assignment.

• Doctoral learners are required to use APA style for their writing assignments. The APA Style Guide is located in the Student Success Center.

• This assignment requires that at least two additional scholarly research sources related to this topic, and at least one in-text citation from each source be included.

Directions:

Write a 1,000-1,250-word paper that discusses team learning and personal mastery. Address the following in your paper:

1. Compare systems thinking to a learning organization.

2. Describe how personal mastery integrates within the team learning concept.

For example: This assignment will give you an opportunity to practice an intervention skill. You are asked to do the following:

  • Ask someone you know to act as your client in this learning process.  Your volunteer must be willing to play the part of a client with an issue that will be presented in the intervention session.
  • The session should last approximately 30 minutes. (± 5 min)
  • During the session, you need to demonstrate the following skill:
    • Statement of encouragement to identify one or more client strengths
    • Use Reflective listening
    • Use of open questions
    • Use an intervention with the client
  • Video record your counseling intervention with your client
  • When setting up the video recorder, please position the camera so that both you and your “client’s/friend’s” faces are visible.

Along with copy of the file, please submit a written overview using the following format:

  • Background:
    • Indicate the name of your client (alias name only)
    • Describe the client profile (e.g., age, race, appearance during session, other relevant contextual information)
    • Identify the client’s goal(s) for the session
    • Any other relevant information about the client
  • Context:
    • Describe the physical surroundings of where the session is held
    • Indicate the general mood of your client before, during, and following the session
    • What visible clues reaffirm or concern you as you have counseled the client
    • Describe the content of the session (e.g., topics discussed)
    • Describe the client’s hopes/fears
    • Describe the client’s response to the information discussed
    • Describe your own thoughts and feelings during this experience

There is no need for HD quality video. Please save your video as a medium quality file (such as you would do for a YouTube upload).  Use one of the standard formats such as .wmv, .avi, .mp4, and .mov.

Law-case-analysis-600-words-minimum-APA-assignment-help-

Choose one of the following cases and provide its legal analysis:

Description:

The process of legal analysis, i.e. the Issue-Rule-Analysis-Conclusion format, is the analysis which all lawyers are use. It should be emphasized that this type of analysis is not limited solely to legal analysis. It can (and should) be applied in any situation in which a knowledgeable person attempts to apply that knowledge to a specific life experience. The following description of the I-R-A-C process may be helpful:

In the I-R-A-C process the student is required to do the following:

A. Issue: Identify the question which best addresses the problem posed by the facts presented

(There should be a direct link between the question raised in the Issue and the general “rule” set out in the Rule. For example, if you think the facts presented raise a question whether one party made an “offer” to the other party, the Issue could be stated, “Did X make an offer to Y?”)

B. Rule: Identify and state the legal rule(s) verbatim (word-for-word) from the text which apply in the situation or fact pattern given.

(Again, there should be a direct link between the question raised in the Issue and the general “rule” set out in the Rule. For example, if you have asked in the Issue, “Did X make an offer to Y?” , then your Rule would be a definition of an offer, page 225:

“Under the common law, three elements are necessary for an offer to be effective:

“1. The offeror must have a serious intention to become bound by the offer.

“2. The terms of the offer must be reasonably certain, or definite so that the parties and the court can ascertain the terms of the contract.

“3. The offer must be communicated by the offeror to the offeree, resulting in the offeree’s knowledge of the offer.”)

C. Application: Apply the legal rule(s) you identified to the given fact pattern. Your analysis should proceed in a step-by-step logical fashion and connect each point raised in the rule to the facts given in the fact pattern.

(You want to use the words in the Rule to shape your discussion in the Application. You would want to identify who in the facts presented is: the “offeror”, “terms of the offer”, “parties”, and “ offeree”. Those connections are relatively easy to do. In addition, however, you would want to explain why you think: the offeror had “ serious intention to become bound”; the terms are “reasonably certain, or definite so that the parties and the court can ascertain the terms of the contract”; and the “offer” was communicated. These connections require developing the habit of explaining your thinking fully and clearly.

D. Conclusion Make a conclusion based upon your analysis. Be sure that your conclusion is logically supported by your analysis (There is no need to repeat what you have already said in the Application. The best Conclusion is a one word answer to the question raised in the Issue – yes or no.)

Each legal analysis should shortly discuss and match the given case with the related theory and provide answers to the questions asked at the end of the case

IRAC format means: I-what is the main issue of the case? discuss; R-reasoning: why would you solve the case the way you have provided, what are the answers to the questions asked; A-analysis; C-conclusion: wrap up main knowledge learnt from this case

Assignment Instructions

Term Paper:

Each student will be required to complete the term project, which is a  APA Style paper. Your paper should have at least 5 pages of substance not counting the cover and reference pages. Please be sure that your paper is a Word Document (.doc) uploaded to the assignment section as an attachment. Students will be required to use at least three scholarly – peer reviewed- sources. Students have access to peer reviewed sources through the APUS library.

Students are required to follow APA Style guidelines.

Students must choose from one of the following topics for their paper:

1. The “Blue Wall of Silence” and Police Culture

2. Police Professionalism and Responsibility

Students should choose one these topics and write about its relevance to police ethics. What are the major talking points about your topic that are important to review. Critically assess the literature on the subject. I am looking for critical thinking and a clear indication that you have a grasp of the literature.

Do not include quotes in your work. I want to see your critical thinking skills on display and not a string of quotes written by published authors. Your analysis is what is needed for a successful paper.

At this point in your educational journey you should have solid substance and proper academic formatting in your college level writing assignments. Students will be graded on both so make sure you turn in your best work.

Do not wait to the last minute to research, write, format, and edit. Proper time management is required to turn in a quality paper that highlights your criminal justice writing.

This a major assignment so follow the instructions carefully.

becoming-a-college-student-management-homework-help

Becoming a college student means that you have a responsibility to apply knowledge to advance your field and to make the world a better place. Through practicing critical thinking skills, we learn not only to avoid being manipulated in our thinking, but to fully support and provide evidence for our ideas. Your Critical Thinking Journal, if you kept one, will help inform your final project.

Option #1: Write an 8 to 10 page essay (not counting required title or reference page).

Instructions:

Begin the process of constructing your project by choosing a particular issue or problem. It could be related to your personal life or career path. The goal is then to align this problem or issue with a specific logic model from the text and/or other critical thinking tools you have been learning throughout the course. As you construct your essay, utilize critical thinking tools to evaluate your data and your credible research, interpret this data, and understand your specific problem or issue from a broader, deeper and more focused perspective. Accessing and implementing credible research from the CSU Global Library is vitally important in the process of constructing your final essay as it will also be important in all your future coursework.

In constructing your essay, utilize and integrate the Elements of Thought from Chapter 5, pp. 104-122.

Your paper must:

  • Cite at least 6 scholarly peer-reviewed sources that are not required or recommended readings for this course. You may include acredible website. (The CSU-Global Library is a good place to find these resources. You may cite the textbook, but that does not count as one of the scholarly peer-reviewed sources.)
  • Incorporate terms and concepts from the class readings and lecture pages.
  • Be formatted according to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements.

Keep in mind the following preliminary deliverables throughout the course that will go toward completing your project:

  • Week 4: Submit Portfolio Topic (worth 20 points toward final portfolio score)
  • Week 6: Submit Portfolio Outline (worth 20 points toward final portfolio score)

Refer to the Portfolio Project grading rubric found in the Module 8 folder to understand how you will be graded.
