Physical activity is one of the best things anyone can do for their health especially as a middle age adult. Heart disease and stroke are two of the leading causes of death in the United States and even walking 150 minutes a week dramatically reduces the risk. Walking and exercising can reduce risk and help prevent cardiovascular disease, diabetes type 2, and some cancers especially breast and colon. Regular physical activity gives a person a better quality of life as it helps prevent falls by building muscle strength and stamina. I would show the patient the percentages and benefits of exercise. I would also show that there are different types of exercise. They could walk or do balance exercises every little bit helps. Also help enroll them into programs that are there to help support them in their journey and talk about classes at the YMCA or local gym and also educate on financial help for people that can not afford it. (CDC, 2015). It also helps improve mental health and arthritis. A case study about older adults partnered with the YMCA and it showed that participants that went to exercise at least once a week had a significant decrease in hospitalizations and healthcare costs than participants that did not go at all. Even participants that just took one class or walked an hour a week had signifigant improvements than participants that had no activity. (CDC, 2016)
I will send you the chapter related to this assignment. Please cite within the answer using (Foner, pg #).
This is the website you will be using to post the three exhibit highlights.

The
Smithsonian Institution is the national repository of the rich history we have surveyed in our course. If you are a citizen of the U.S., then your tax money supports it. You are helping to maintain the record of America’s past.
The Museum is an amazing resource. In this, our final Discussion of the semester (yes, you made it), I invite you to visit its pages on the Civil War. Some of the best of these are collected in the exhibit — The Price of Freedom.
First, be sure to set aside at least 30 minutes of your time to fully take in this exhibit. If you can, set aside more or…bookmark the page and return to it throughout the week. It will repay your careful study tenfold, and it will do this through photos, video, timelines, and text.
Before you immerse yourself in the site, be sure you come to it having read the chapter for this week and the documents I’ve posted under the Resource Tab. These will deepen your understanding of the conflict and permit you to peer deeper into the depths of the U.S.’s true founding moment.
As you move from webpage to webpage (slowly, keeping your eye out for drop-down menus and pop-up boxes: the site is RICH), list and discuss at least three parts of the exhibit (an image, map, audio clip) that you feel go beyond the Foner text and link up to the key themes of Chapter 14. How does your document or fact or event flesh out these themes and add depth to our understanding of the past? If another student has already written about the image or information you wish to stress, find another: the site is large
At all times, question the evidence that you come upon. Look for contradictions, confusions. Stay alert to what is NOT being presented as well, to what is “conspicuous by its absence.”
When you’re ready, click here — Price of Freedom Link — to start your quest. A page will appear that will list the major wars in U.S. history. Click on the link to the Civil War.
In the reading and in the lecture, there are a number of test preparation and test taking strategies.
Pick the three you think will find most helpful and discuss why you find them useful. Please post your response below.
Part I:
Write a message to persuade your boss to invest capital resources to develop the product or service for sale.
Include secondary research to support your argument and explain what you will do in case the selected product or service does not initially sell as much as expected. Cite and reference sources using APA formatting.
Select the appropriate channel for delivering your message based on context, audience, and purpose.
Explain why you selected the channel.
Note: Part I is the basis of your Week 5 Persuasive Presentation assignment.
Part II:
Write a sales pitch to sell the product/service to the end consumer. The sales pitch that you write could be part of a marketing campaign, which can be the verbiage for a commercial, a flyer, a message posted on social network, and so on. Make sure to identify the context, as per the examples, in which the sales pitch will take place.
Select the appropriate channel for delivering your message based on context, audience, and purpose.
Explain why you selected the channel.
Include an APA formatted title page for the assignment.
